Special Feature Amazing Fish
Why is it that when we visit a fishmonger and see all those different fish lined up, we find ourselves grinning naturally, and sense the excitement welling up within us? Why does the sight of a fish prepared complete with head and tail for the New Year's celebrations generate such a sense of anticipation?
Whether served as sushi or ina hotpot, fish has always been considered a special treat. And yet it has always been there for us. It is our “always special” staple, and we must not forget to be grateful for its appearance on our dinner tables. After all, it may not be there forever. Now is the time for us to seriously consider the future of this bounty of our rivers and seas.
